The Health Circle is now open

The Health Cirlce was opened few weeks ago at The Spring Mall.



It's a health shop@pharmacy selling good products.

You can get fresh bread and pastries of The Gingerbread House from there.


The signature gingerbread cookies could be found there too.

my whole body aches after i went to play futsal... i've stopped for 2 weeks so now having muscles pain. but it was great even though i went along with flu and cough...

so Man Utd went down 2-0 to Liverpool. Quite surprise with this type of scoreline...and Man City only manage to drew 2-2. It seems victory is not with Manchester teams......


took this yesterday while i went to my friend's karaoke.. turned on the disco light n music, only 3 of us... lepak at his pub for a while... shot was taken hand held with bulb mode, therefore very blur.... but it's cool, i like it.




after that went hunting for clothes with Sasha at E-mart.
I've never been there i felt like i was at the E-mart in Miri...
i didn't take photo of my food because i was too hungry to swallow them once it reached my table... here's the ABC i had.... complain: not sweet enough. won't order this anymore.
Sasha's bubble chocolate milk tea with ice cream was awesome though...


looks nice but taste so so... cheh.

it's another week. haiz. hope i get well soon coz i need to work hard...

attacked by sorethroat, cough and flu... still lack of a fever to make it seems like the symptoms of H1N1. Blocked and runny nose really irritates me a lot....

this week feels like a very short and fast week...it's already weekend now.
a lot of things happened.... unfortunate events, to the people around me.
we should really appreciate what we have now....

recently i have a regret in my heart.. i met an old aunty in a coffeeshop few days ago as
i was having my breakfast... she was asking for money at most of the table..i noticed she only asked the Chinese..perhaps she don't dare to ask others because of the language barrier.
surprisingly she skipped my table...maybe I look fierce?
before i left i handed her a RM10 note, hold her hand and ask her to take it.
She kept thank me and very grateful... She's already quite old and has problem walking...
where are her children? or maybe she doesn't hav any... how did she survive all this while?
I was thinking... What has the government done to help these unfortunate people in need?
Where has the money gone to? For purchasing the expensive cars that the Menteri with Lampa Besar used? or for them to find prostitute at Limbang?

Next time I see that aunty again, i think i should give her more. RM10 is just too little.
How much do you give those people in need usually? RM5.00, RM1.00 or RM0.50?
The sum doesn't matter too much to us, but it mean a lot to them....
the next time you give, think bout it.... of course i don't encourage and give to those who seems capable of getting a job and work to survive.
